Datasync grew fast, but its data infrastructure didn't keep pace. Every week the team spent hundreds of hours on manual entry, deduplicating, and trying to reconcile data from 6 different sources. The sales team couldn't trust the CRM data and checked it manually before every call.

What We Did

We started with a full data audit and mapped every source. We identified 3 root causes of the chaos: the lack of a unique contact ID, missing validation rules on entry, and manual synchronization processes between systems.

MerlinGTM then built an automated pipeline that pulls, cleans, normalizes, and distributes data into the right system every day. We added an AI enrichment layer that automatically supplements contact profiles with data the team didn't have before.
