How Pulseflow raised the open rate from 12% to 51% — in three weeks
Pulseflow had a good product and a high-quality contact list, but the emails landed in spam. The team didn't know why or how to fix it. In three weeks MerlinGTM rebuilt the infrastructure, warmup, and copywriting from the ground up.
"We knew we had a problem with our emails, but not how deep it went. MerlinGTM fixed everything — from the domain to the copy — in less than a month."

The Challenge
Pulseflow sent campaigns regularly, but the open rate was chronically low — around 12%. Neither spam score nor domain reputation was checked systematically. The copywriting was generic and didn't vary by segment.
What We Did
MerlinGTM started with DNS configuration and a domain warmup protocol. We set up dedicated sending domains, implemented SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and launched a 3-week warmup program. In parallel, we rewrote all templates with per-segment personalization and added A/B testing of subject lines.
Results
Within 21 days the open rate rose from 12% to 51%. The click rate doubled and the unsubscribe rate dropped 60%. Nina Schulz: "MerlinGTM fixed everything — from the domain to the copy — in less than a month."
