DACH funding signals → outbound

Companies that just raised are the easiest buyers in the market, for about three weeks. This watches the German and Austrian startup press every day and gets a written email to the right person before the window closes.

RSS (eu-startups, deutsche-startups) → Claude extracts company, round size, industry → dedup in Sheets → Clay: domain resolution with German-language disambiguation, company enrichment, contact ranking, waterfall email verification → deterministic score, export at ≥8 → n8n: 3-month rolling dedup, LLM writes the email → Smartlead

Inbound qualification in ninety seconds

A lead fills out the form. Before anyone reads it, the lead is enriched, scored against the ICP, routed by temperature, and has a written reply in their inbox. Weak fits never reach the calendar.

Form → Clay: Apify social scrape, enrichment, scoring → n8n: normalize → LLM writes the reply → parse → route hot / warm / cold → Smartlead (cold is held back, not sent)
